Ellen Baker - Sales Agent
The sign on my desk reads "My success in real estate is in direct proportion to the number of people who think of me when they buy or sell real estate". Marketing yourself is, I think, the most difficult portion of the real estate profession, and I am trying to get better at it. Meeting people, listing their property, and working with buyers is the most gratifying and fun portion of the business. I moved to Randolph in 1971 with my second husband, my son and 3 stepchildren. In 1988, I thought real estate might be an interesting vocation so I got my license that year. I am proud to be a member of the National Association of Realtors and to practice the principles of that organization. Since moving to Randolph I have served as a Justice of the Peace for 15 years. RACDC Housing Council and before that Neighborhood Housing for a total of 25 years. I am very interested in housing! St. John's Church has always been important in my life and I have also served as Vestry Member, Senior Warden, Treasure, Diocesan Convention Delegate and also Treasurer of the Woman's Guild. My favorite pastimes are cooking, my summer gardens and traveling.

Kelsey Hill - Sales Agent
My interest in real estate began as a teenager. I had thought of many different avenues for my career - from being an agent to interior design. While doing a project on Century 21 during my final year in college I knew I wanted to be an agent. After graduating from Vermont Technical College with an A.A.S. in Business Technology and Management, being a Realtor was always on my mind. And I finally got my chance. The intense Century 21 training program and the wonderful team at the CENTURY 21 Mill Stone Agency are helping me achieve my dream. As I am now buying my first home, I know the process from both sides. I am excited to help people achieve their dream - whether it be buying or selling their home. I am thrilled to be the newest member of the Mill Stone team, so come on in and share my excitement!
