My career in real estate began in 1975. Since then
I have served as president of our local board of REALTORS®
and past president of NNEREN, an MLS of over 4,000 members. Also, I am
past president of the Randolph Rotary Club and have served on many
local boards. My wife, Ruth, and I live in Brookfield where I love
woodworking and spend lots of time in my shop. You might see me running
the roads in my restored 1959 TR 3 - my other enjoyable pastime!

Although I have had my broker’s license
since 1977, I have been active in real estate for the last 8 years. It
was important to stay at home while our 3 children were still in
school. My husband, Bruce, and I live in Bethel. One of our great joys
is watching any one of our 5 grandchildren play sports. I am a past
deacon of the United Church and presently am on the Prudential
Committee of the church. Bruce and I enjoy traveling and entertaining
friends.

Although born in Rhode Island, I have lived more
than half my life in Randolph. When I’m not listing or
selling real estate, I enjoy cooking, reading, traveling and spending
time with my 6 grandchildren, who live in Rhode Island, New Hampshire
& New jersey. I have been elected a Justice of the
Peace since 1988 and serve on a local low income housing committee. I also serve on the Vestry,
Altar Guild and Stewardship committees at St. John's Episcopal Church.

Although
my name is Mildred, everyone calls me Millie. I moved to
Vermont with my husband Peter and our two little boys in
1970. Vermont makes me feel like I'm on vacation all the
time. I enjoy reading mystery novels, playing with my
grandchildren, gardening, swimming, boating, snowmobiling and close to
the op of my list is touring the back roads of Vermont.

Helen and I came to Brookfield in 1987. After an 18
year career with Farm Credit Bank, I spent the next 16 years managing a
wholesale nursery and a 1600 acre turf farm. We now own and operate
Liberty Orchard, a pick-your-own apple orchard. In addition, I am a
member of the Brookfield Selectboard and a director of the Central
Vermont Board of REALTORS®.

Out of my 38 years as a Vermonter, 17 of them have
been spent with my wife Lisa, a native Vermonter from Williamstown.
Among our greatest accomplishments and joys are our 13-year-old
daughter, and her favorite companion, a big Labrador retriever named
Meko. Some favorite activities include walking our 45-acre property in
Randolph Center, visiting with friends and relatives and hiking the
Long and Appalachian Trails. DHaving been an art director, a real
estate investor, and a log home builder, I have also spent 10 years in
a sales related capacity. I also enjoy hunting, fishing and good
company!
