Ted Elzey - Owner/Broker
My career in real estate began in 1975. Since then I have
served as president
of our local board of REALTORS and
past president of NNEREN, an MLS of over 4,000
members.
Also, I am past president of the Randolph Rotary Club and
have served
on many local boards. My wife, Ruth, and I live
in Brookfield where I love woodworking
and spend lots of
time in my shop. You might see me running the roads in my
restored
1959 TR3 - my other enjoyable pastime.

Bill Johnson - Sales Agent
Bill and his wife Helen moved to Brookfield in 1987 after
a career as general manager of the largest turf farm in New
Englad. They soon started Liberty Orchard which is still a
successful pick your own apple orchard. When they sold
the orchard moved to Williamstown. Bill had to leave the
Brookfield Selectboard after being elected to 5 consecutive
terms. During that time he also kept a herd of beef cattle
and was director of Central Vermont Board of Realtors.
Helen is an accomplished quilter and rug hooker. Both are avid gardeners.

Brenda Caswell - Sales Agent
My passion for real estate began at a young age. My father was
a contractor and through him I believe I learned to appreciate the
art of building a home and the small details that make it unique.
My love for this community is something I never fully appreciated
until I had children of my own. My roots run deep in the Randolph
area. My husband and I couldn't imagine raising our 4 children
anywhere but here. When I find myself with a little free time you
may find me creating jewelry but much of my spare time is spent sitting on
bleachers cheering on my children at their miscellaneous sporting events. And
honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way! I love my busy life and am thrilled to
be the newest member of the CENTURY 21 The Mill Stone Agency team.

Ellen Baker - Sales Agent
The sign on my desk reads "My success in real estate is in direct proportion
to the number of people who think of me when the buy or sell real estate".
Marketing yourself is, I think, the most difficult portion of the real estate
profession, and I am trying to get better at it. Meeting people, listing their
property, and working with buyers is the most gratifying and fun portion
of the business. I moved to Randolph in 1971 with my second husband,
my son and 3 stepchildren. In 1989 I thought real estate might be an
interesting vocation so I got my license that year. I am proud to be a
member of the National Association of Realtors and to practice the principles
of that organization. Since moving to Randolph I have served as a Justice
of the Peace for 15 years. RACDC Housing Council and before that
Neighborhood Housing for a total of 25 years. I am very interested in
housing! St. John's Church has always been important in my life and
I have also served as Vestry Member, Senior Warden, Treasurer, Diocesan
Convention Delegate and also Treasurer of the Woman's Guild.
My favorite pastimes are cooking and my summer gardens; also
traveling when I can afford to take the time and have some extra cash.
I have 6 grandchildren all on the East Coast and so we are fortunate
to be able to keep in touch regularly.

Millie Chase - Sales Agent
After the urging of my husband Peter who also sells Real Estate, I
joined Peter at CENTURY 21 The Mill Stone Agency in the spring of
2003. We moved to Vermont in 1970 and have found Vermont to
be a wonderful place to raise our boys. We are fortunate that
our son's families live near by. I have three wonderful grandchildren,
two boys and a girl. We built our home in Braintree over thirty years
ago and are always doing something to it. Luckily Pete is handy with
a hammer. We will be celebrating our 49th anniversary this year (2009).
I have a very large perennial garden that seems to get bigger each
year. I am an active member of the Randolph Garden Club. I also
love reading, cooking, traveling and selling real estate. I like all
kinds of houses, old, modern, and contemporary. I love working
with people getting to know them, finding out what kinds of
properties work for them.
